Taking a wild guess, a cemetery in Tehran. But I'm not sure of the significance of this one.
It doesn't appear to be Behesht Zahra cemetery (The tomb of Ayatollah Khomeini). It doesn't match the cemetery's map.
The only other cemetery I found by name is Beheshtieh (a Jewish cemetery).
