Nope, the former embassy is right at the most important crossroads in the whole city (http://maps.google.com/?ll=35.707972,51.424202&t=k&z=18).
A couple of you have gotten close, and one of you has even mentioned the correct name of the object as one of a list of possibilities. If you're looking for a hint, it's not this (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Behesht-e_Zahra), either: that's here (http://maps.google.com/?ll=35.549023,51.366459&t=h&z=18).
It is in fact Beheshtieh (http://beheshtieh.com/). You can tell by the design of the building in the background of this picture (http://beheshtieh.com/Resources/View-of-Beh-11.jpg).

Date: 2008-03-04 06:46 am (UTC)It doesn't appear to be Behesht Zahra cemetery (The tomb of Ayatollah Khomeini). It doesn't match the cemetery's map.
The only other cemetery I found by name is Beheshtieh (a Jewish cemetery).
