After a month of nothing, I've posted three entries (not including this one) in not much more than 24 hours. Can you tell I'm procrastinating on something? In this case, it's packing for a trip to Wiscon. Looking forward to the trip, but packing just isn't interesting.

Why are you going to Wisconsin? I'm assuming that that's what "Wiscon." is. Unless Wiscon. is a convention having to do with...uh...Wis. Or maybe it's a con in Wisconsin? OK, which is it?

It's a feminist SF con in Madison, Wisconsin, and it's indescribably awesome. Despite which I will attempt to describe it in bits and pieces over the next couple of weeks.
