It turns out it's possible to put too many blueberries in a blueberry pancake. Or put another way a griddle is not a good way to make blueberry cobbler.

This is kind of like driving bigger and bigger trucks across a bridge. Now I know how many blueberries is not quite too many, and that's what I'll do next time.
