Bingo! Congrats also to qwrrty, mangosteen, and jered, the latter of whom included a nice description of the thing in the building. What's fun about this one for me is that while Google Maps has tons and tons of images of the building (just turn on "Photos" in the "More" tab), none of them are helpful at all! They just show the building, not the painting, and none of their captions say anything other than the name of the town (which is easy to get anyway) and "Rotunda" which is pretty obvious.
