Ok, given that the original location obviously is some sort of agricultural thing, and referring a residential location that could, at least potentially, be related to a place of origin in the, and what I know of CA agriculture I'm going to go with this is the Strawberry farm that you went pick-your-owning. (Although I suppose that it could be an avo farm but then the references get really obscure, as in this is the place where the avos for the guac came from).

I don't think the strawberry farm at the original coordinates does PYO. But the fact that it's a strawberry farm, or indeed almost anything about the actual thing at the original coordinates, is entirely irrelevant. What's interesting about the latitude I gave? It's more interesting in conjunction with one or the other longitudes, and something about the general vicinity of the second set of coordinates will help tell you why the coordinates are interesting, but nothing specific about what they point to in the real world is going to be helpful here.

hm. i tried various potentially-interesting midpoints and central points, and couldn't find anything that matched up. flipping coordinates around a bit, i find nothing of particular interest in china or australia. playing with the numerical values of the coordinates, particularly the latitude, gets me nothing of great interest.
