I'm agnostic on unscreening or not, but sometimes I'm curious whether I've figured it out, so if you do unscreen, including an answer in a comment at the same time would be great.
Oh hey, it's the place that I should totally visit. Originally, it was going to be with my dad but as things stand I think I'll just ogle it in his memory. (oh yes I did)

Looked like an observatory, so Googling for observatories in Chile turned up a short list which didn't take long to search.
