anyone have quickbooks 2009?

I have a Quickbooks 2009 "Portable" file that I'd like to convert to a Quickbooks 2006 "Portable" file (or perhaps some *actually portable* file format). This should take about 5 minutes, and I don't feel like spending two hundred bucks to do it. Anyone here have Quickbooks 2009 installed?
