tag and release

sometime in late March I had a few spare moments and made a release candidate for TSD Lite version 1.04. But it didn't update properly on one of my test machines, and I never had the time to figure out why. Last night I spent a few seconds commenting out a useless ifdef, recompiled, and now it works fine. I've sent out a copy to all of my registered users, and uploaded the new version to where Kagi can see it and sell you one. And it only took me, uh, four months to add six characters to a source file and actually push a release out.
