Thanks; I appreciate these thoughts. We have similar goals and challenges with Firefly, and I think we're pretty good at not telling people to "go through proper channels", but Burner culture is heavily, heavily driven by this "transgressive" concept that BIPOC may be fundamentally challenged by.
I'm very interested to hear what steps you identify to counter this, as we would very much like to do the same.
