I had thought that I'd be ready to do this collation on Thursday, and had gone so far as to reserve space at Wainwright then, with plans to announce on both the mailing lists and the LJ community. But I'm also including some info from the mass mailer, which isn't (and doesn't need to be, for its purposes) done. And that took a little while to get into a form where I could mail it. I figured if it was going to be Sunday anyway, I could get folks to do it at Corporate Meeting, and that worked handily. I don't know that we could have gotten more hands involved; we were running out of flat surfaces.
