Yeah, they seem to really be pushing interview-on-arrival vs. pre-scheduled interviews, which is incredibly inconvenient.

After daily searching a few months ago I finally got an appointment for our two-year-old (yes, they are required to have an interview) for three weeks from now. *sigh*
