The Peabody has been substantially redone and expanded in the 20 years since Magicon was held there, and is now large enough to hold the whole con without using the convention center. In fact at 300ksf it might be a little *too* large; that is bigger than the Hynes convention center plus the Sheraton Boston. The new function space brings the number of levels with function space to five, but the top and bottom of those have only a few small offices that probably most attendees would never have to know about.
